You must have access to a PC or laptop with Interent and DVD capability.  This means you need to be able to hear audios and see video.

A computer with wireless Internet capability is a plus, and will make your work easier during the face-to-face sessions.

You must be capable in MS Word, PowerPoint, and Adobe Reader. Very basic knoweldge in Excel is a plus.

We suggest that you have a microphone with a headset to make attending webinars cheaper and easier for you.

You must be comfortable peforming basic searching on the Internet.

You must be able to follow simple and basic instructions that will be provided so that you can set up your online workspace.
